 We are a very affordable independent living facility for $600 a month for single,700.00 for couple, 750.00 for handy cap , with all utilities  included(water, electric and cableand wif)  Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished at no additional cost.

No Lease Required / $175.00 Administration Fee
