If I could give it a zero star rating I would. The phones we wanted were not in stock and took 5 days to order, after getting told they would be ready in 3. Then the cases that went to them were not available. We had to pay extra to get them ordered and were told it would take 5-7 business days. It has now been 3 weeks and we have only gotten one of them. The district manager has not returned any of my phone calls or attempted to email me to fix the situation in any way. Also they won't even refund my money (which I paid ahead of time) so I can just go buy the case somewhere else. By far and away the worst service I have ever received, I will not be going back under any conditions.
