I just had to put a review about Sumpters. They made me feel at home and everyone is so very friendly. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but bent over backwards to assist me and to find the exact ring I was looking for. I wanted a good deal and boy did I find it. I went to the mall and found the same ring for $2,000 more than what I paid! I could not believe it. I highly recommend anyone looking for jewelry to at least check them out and compare prices. Hal Sr, the owner is extremely kind and offers such great quality jewelry and staff. I will be back!!

I came to this jewelry store to inquire about fixing a pin; a very inexpensive piece of costume jewelry.



The employee did not even bat an eye. He treated me with respect and also treated me with the same outstanding customer service as someone with an expensive piece of jewelry in need of mending. It did not matter the cost of the piece, it only mattered they fix it. Quickly and correctly. Just for me.



I was very impressed with this store and pleasantly surprised that I was not treated like a number. There are few businesses in today's world that actually treat people as people.
