Provided by YP.comA large order was placed at this location. It would have been larger had we not been cut off in mid-sentence and given our total. When we approached the window to pay her, she called out the total and sarcastically told us to have a "good evening." We drove to the second window to pick up our food and was told to pull forward to wait on the order. We should have checked our order before we left. At home, passing the food out to our children, we find what we paid for was not in the bag. We were short one 5 layer burito and the party pack was all hard tacos. We specifically asked for 6 hard tacos and 6 soft tacos. Very lithed, I called the store asking to speak with the manager. Someone stated they were "one" of the managers. I asked for the customer care number to complain. She was more concerned with wanting to know why I was complaining, than giving me the information i needed, i did not trust she was in managment. When I first asked her for the number, she put me on hold. When she returned , she asked for the 2nd or 3rd time what the complaint was about. I was told "I will give you the number but first i need to know what the complaint is about." She never gave me the number. I felt she was unprofessional, not managment, and was stalling to protect someone else. I asked her how was she in managment and did not know the customer care number. She responded they were busy, she was trying to take of the customers and me too. I told her i would call another taco bell to get the number. I disconnected the call. I called store no 02687, from which the young lady professionally gave me the number and offered her store number. There was no back and forth or stalling, neither did she ask me what i was calling about. There are too many unemployed people out here than to put up with someone's nasty attitude. If the individual was polite and patient with us the order would have been larger. Secondly, the sarcasism was not needed in stating "have a good evening" because it was not sincere. Thirdly, to pull to the second window and asked to pull forward because our food was not ready, it would have been nice to state "it will be 5 or 6 minutes on Soft tacos" or something. Obviously the order was not checked, because we were missing food. We were cheated out of a burito and what we asked for. Calling back to the store to ask for a simple customer care number should not have been an escalated disagreement that turned into a 17 minute conversation that went nowhere. Furthermore, another store, of which the young lady was kind and professional, gave me exactly what I asked for in 3 mins. Again I stress, there too many unemployed people looking for a job, ready and willing to take her place.

Provided by YP.comi know a fast food job is not the best job to have. but when you see someone smile behind the counter at a fast food chain. its puts you into perpective about your job and how somedays are good and some are bad. but by her smiling at job i should be rejocing at mind. not saying a higher paying is everything, but i should have a attitude of thankfulness. because there is always someone out there worst off than YOU.
