Quality: Lack of tech knowledge made issue worse and turned an operable laptop into non-operable one
Time: Laptop is still sitting with TechTime for over 13months..
Service: Not a good customer service when folks ignore calls from the Customer !!
For folks like these, there should be negative stars !!
