DO NOT bring anything to them for repairs! I brought my daughters laptop to them for repair of a broken hinge and fan. When I returned home with the laptop, not only is the hinge still not right, the keyboard is broken along with the fingerprint log-in. I took the computer back to the store, and never heard back from anyone. I called 2 days later and was told someone would call me back in a few minutes. No one did. I called again 2 more days later and was told that the computer was never opened, therefore the broken keyboard wasn't their fault and the keyboard worked when it left the store. I was also told that a free systems booster was done, a service free for students. When I reminded them that the laptop must've been opened If they repaired the fan, they just stumbled and said (yelled) that it wasn't their problem. Also, to preform a systems booster, they must've used the keyboard. Again I was told that it wasn't their problem. They've refused to fix it!

I was in the same situation as the guy that gave the review right before me! I should have come here and read the review. They tricked me into getting my computer repaired at their shop and added issues later and basically forced me to give up my property. I could have spent the money on a brand new laptop but I just needed the data and they would not sell the hard drive back to me. Rude, money hungry people. Please don't come here there are better options out there and not everyone is like these guys. Just be careful and ask for what they're doing in writing.

275 bucks and never worked again. Poor job soldering motherboard. They claimed I had a 30 day guarantee, The Best B***S*** company but don't bring your computer there.

Competitive pricing, it was like walking into a real computer store. Good energy people, and customers. I left my pc with them, and they was able to troubleshoot the problem. The amazing part about it is that I have a hard time understanding computers. They were on the phone with me for over 1 hour explaining the process. I am happy with them, and will continue to give them the biz!
