The Integrated Home serves our clients by providing design, consulting, sales and implementation services of home technology solutions based in Charlotte, NC. We are dedicated to consistently providing world class support, high quality installation services, and furnishing an enjoyable, life enhancing solution at an acceptable price/value relationship to our clients. We are able to complete projects of all scopes and budgets, using our abilities to integrate all aspects of your home or business. 

Our design strategy is based on our foundational belief that technology relationships should be long-term and not just arranged for the initial sale or project implementation.  The utilization of technology is a lifestyle enhancement that is ever-changing, based on many factors such as family needs, discretionary income level, home size and the desire to simplify the client’s life based on a value proposition that is different for each and every family.  Based on our extensive experience, we’ve identified the one common trend among every client is the desire to prepare for all possible solutions. They want to have the ability to grow the system as they desire and don’t want their current investment to create a dead-end to future technology changes.

The primary goal of our team is to meet this desire by designing every system in a manner that allows expansion while minimizing the effects of ever-changing technology.  We want to effectively eliminate the need of the client to reinvest on aspects of the system in which they have previously applied time and financial resources, allowing them to focus future expenditures on system expansion and additional functionality.  We feel this approach is unique to our industry and will foster client loyalty and trust with their investment that lasts a lifetime!
