I had an issue with a card transaction here that my bank said was The gas stations fault. Turns out the gas station was not at fault and my financial institution lied to me. After speaking to a very very nice lady by the name of Patty at their corporate office I have no choice but say everything about this store this company their staff is exemplary. Polite customer service that truly is dedicated to their patrons. The kind of people I would hope to hire and work for me if it were my business. Patty was so diligent in her job and efforts to not loose a customer as she put it that she was gonna drive from about 45 miles away to meet me at the store provide me with proof my bank had lied and she was so set on making things right she was gonna take the money from the register and hand it to me even though it wasn't even Times Turn Round's fault. Well at that point I could not continue on with that bank obviously, and almost speechless to find that lvl. of customer service is still out there I simply had to come and review them and share with anyone who might take the time to read it. Thank You Patty! You are a credit to your company and they are damn lucky to have you in this day and age. Consider me a forever customer if for no other reason the Integrity of their employees. Daniel , one of the attendants is also if notable quality. He always has a smile for his customers friendly considerate and always happy to help.
