Provided by YP.comABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES THERE. I needed some devices fixed in November. I took a sample tablet to them with a part to be evaluated. Their lead tech told me the exact part to buy to replace the tablet glass which was not broken but heavily scratched. I had 9 of these tablets so after confirming the exact parts needed for the repair spent 9*$25 buying the frames and glass for them to do the repairs. I brought them the 9 tablets and replacement glass and 2 phones to be fixed just before Thanksgiving. I was told by the lead technician that the 2 phones would be finished the next day and the tablets the following week. I waited a week and called the store to pick up my devices. For several consecutive days the phone rang and either nobody answered or when they did, they put me on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time and then hung up. Finally after 2 weeks of this I called the other local store in order to get in touch with the owner which they did. The owner Laine assured me that all would be taken care of and the store manager would call me. When the manager did call he explained to me that he was having "personal issues" and had not even started on any of the devices. He then assured me they would be completed in the next week. After a week I received no call. I finally had to call the owner again at which time I was told the parts I purchased on their recommendation were not going to work and that their solution was to take the "profit" out of the deal and let them buy the parts they needed to do the repairs. I was told they would be finished no later than 12.27.15. After calling on that day and several days after I finally got the owner on the phone again telling him it was now 2016 and I still had no devices. At this he told me that of all the tablets only 2 were fixed and he could do nothing with the rest nor would he reimburse me for the parts they instructed me to buy. The 2 phones that were to be done in 1 day were still not done either. When I finally brought everything home, 1 tablet had lines through the screen that were not there before. After nearly 2 months of lies and unprofessional behavior I have 1 repaired tablet, 1 that was broken by them, and I'm out $225 on items they instructed me to buy for the repair. Unreal.
