I am an amateur biker on a good day, so my biking knowledge does not include a bike of any great reputation. A nice, reasonable mountain style bike, more for recreation that I've had for probably 5-6 years. Enjoying the Greenways, I've been riding a little more. But the gears started skipping, and the breaks were not as tight, and then the chain got caught. I found Ultimate and started calculating my commitment to biking to what it was going to cost to fix. I was extraordinarily pleased that the diagnosis was done immediately, and the maintenance right on the spot. And the cost, no where near the $65 plus that I had decided would be me debating point. These guys were kind, service and conversation while waiting was very engaging, and again, all of that for less than what I pay for a cup of coffee a day! I highly recommend Ultimate. They are now my bike repair, accessory, and equipment shop of choice. Hands down. With no experience in bike maintenance, I feel blessed to have found a place that I trust right off the bat. Highly recommend them to the amateurs and the pros, and everything in between.
