I had extremely wonderful service at the Ultra Tan I went to (Monroe Rd & N Sardis shopping center). I went in the store and had lots of questions and Maegan was patient to answer each one and showed me around the store and each bed...gave lots of helpful information about each bed. I ended up joining, buying a package, and tanning that day! And each time I go in, the girls are nice and share all the package/tanning specials with me.

I called this location to get some information on their current packages and specials. I called at 9:58a on a Sunday. Mindy answered the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. She told me that she could not help me because they do not open until 10:00a. Are you kidding me! I called at 9:58a. Horrible customer service and Ultra Tan will NEVER get my business. I will continue to go to Palm Beach Tan. Ultra Tan is closer to my house, but I am willing to drive a little further for better service. I hope the owner read this and has some words with their employee Mindy! This is no way to get my business or anyone elses! I wish there was an option to rate it ZERO! They do not deserve one star!
