I had an initial consultation followed by a sleep study and then a follow up appointment to hear the results of the study. I was told that a cpap machine was recommended and that someone on their staff would send my info to an appropriate supplier of cpap machines and that they would contact me directly. It has been 13 business days since and I have heard nothing. To make it really aggravating United Sleep Medicine will not return my calls. Really exasperated at the lack of common courtesy!!

I would not recommend this business.I was out of work with a sleep disorder and i went to united sleep medicine.I was told they took BCBS had asleep study only to find out later they no longer take blue cross blue sheld inc.that was the 1st question i had for them.Between 12/26/12 and 1/1/13 they were dropped,but they never told me.Now they are billing me 1970.00 for the sleep study.They are a sham of a business.There are plenty of good sleep dr at there.Do not go to united sleep medicine.

I was shocked they do not take BCBS. I will look for another sleep center in south Charlotte.

I have to tell everyone about my awesome experience at the sleep center. I was very nervous about staying overnight at a sleep lab. The sleep nurses or whatever they are called were awesome! I slept great, although my doctor doesn't think so and I had to be put on a CPAP machine. It's not so bad now that I'm getting used to it. I'm really feeling better and not so sleepy during the day. Thanks to everyone at United Sleep Medicine!

I had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Rinn is so caring and sweet. Sleep Techs were very friendly and made what I thought would be a scary experience, very pleasant. I highly recommend to anyone with sleep problems!!
