i put one star because my tooth doesnt hurt anymore... however they have an horrible service and they are CROOKS... those people do not explain you exactely how your insurance will work, making you believe that evrything is taken care of but talk about estimate... pooping bills later and constantly charging you for surprising fees...BAD WORSE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .

Run in the other direction. The dentist asked for unnecessary labs in order to create enough delay to allow him to go on vacation. If I had actually arrived with the requested labs at the appointed time, the dentist couldn't have done my procedure since he'd gone out of town by then. I refused to pay for the office visit and he put a collection agency on me. I wouldn't pay them either. He's lucky I didn't report his unethical behavior to the Dental Board.

Dont go here..Office and staff are nice.Dentist is good too..But when it comes to payment.They will not have the courtesy to even call you back it doesn't matter even if you called them 10 times.

1.You will never reach an operator

2.Your voice message will never ever be returned back.

I'm leaving the southpark office for justified reasons. The front office staff is unfriendly, mean and hostile. I don't really like to go to the dentist, but with an unwelcome attitude at every visit that just makes it harder to be there. Which that alone made me leave. :(
