love this business excellent transportation

love the business works great excellent vehicles with working heat and A/C

Service deserves no stars. Showed up to transport my wheelchair-bound 70 yo father from CMC-Main to a Ballantyne area rehab facility. Van was 10+ years old, 37° when he was picked up, no heat in the rear. Driver performed the loading & wheelchair securing properly, but with doors open the flow-thru ventilation wasn't welcome.

My father instructed the female driver he knew the directions as she started using her smartphone mapping app. He gave her turn by turn directions with plenty of advance warning. Despite this, she continued to drive with 1 hand while using her Gmap App. She was unable to maintain lane integrity and just didn't display any semblance of professionalism (except in loading & securing the wheelchair).

There is obviously no training, the company apparently doesn't provide a GPS device which would be dash mounted, not hand-held. No vehicle transporting healthcare patients should be without heat in the winter & AC in the summer.

For this van to be in use by a PVH approved company doesn't say anything good about the city's process, vetting or staff.
