They treat their older parents like dogs. This is the worst nursing home in Charlotte

I have never seen a place that is so dirty, the floors,walls,windows, ect,

I cleaned my mothers bathroom and the rags where brown/black,

The care is worthless the PT is only one person with a asst, so little to no PT

The nurses don't ware name bages so you haft to ask who they are and are they an RN or LPN,

She is a diabetic and the food service put packs of sugar on the tray and sweet tea,

The first day I went to vist she had on a diaper ! she can walk and They put her in a diaper.
