I decided to purchase a tutor as a thank you gift for my wife for raising the kids and taking care of our home while I was deployed over my 26 year Air Force career. but mostly, she deserves it. The team at Windsor made my purchase so easy and was so very thoughtful during the whole process. Thank you Windsor and Tracy McRae first we have a Panerai and now a Tudor.

The jewelry sales associate who assisted me, Ulrike, was friendly and helpful from the moment I entered Windsor Jewelers. When I explained the service I was hoping to have performed on my wedding ring, she was knowledgeable in explaining what would occur and conveyed that the jeweler was an exceptional craftsman. She called later in the day, when the repairs had been completed, and was clearly stunned at the beautiful results. She was excited for me to see my ring and the outstanding craftsmanship of the jeweler. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results; the diamond sparkled brighter than the day of my marriage proposal. The sales associates and jeweler at Windsor Jewelers give exceptional customer service and I am happy to have a new family jeweler. Ulrike was wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for great customer service at Windsor Jewelers of Charlotte.

I had fantastic service from Tracy “Birdie” McCrea. She was patient and supportive and helpful as I was making decisions and shopping. The entire experience was very enjoyable. I highly recommend.

For a few years, I've had several "maybe" watches from a variety of brands... Panerai, JLC, IWC, etc., and the breadth of selection at Windsor allowed me to figure out what I actually liked on my wrist. In particular, I was excited to see Grand Seiko in person. Sherry was welcoming and more than willing to help me try on many pieces each time. We also stayed in touch electronically, and she was patient and helpful with my questions before I made my purchase. Ultimately landed on the Grand Seiko Snowflake. Thanks, Sherry and Windsor--looking forward to future purchases.

I would like to leave a positive review for Windsor Jewelers, and Ulrike Hood specifically. My mother and I were exploring options for engagement rings in the Charlotte area and felt very uncomfortable and disregarded at some larger diamond businesses in the area. We were kindly and authentically greeted at Windsor Jewelers by Ulrike who took a genuine interest in us and our story about looking at engagement rings to show my boyfriend sometime in the future. She valued and respected our opinions, making us feel completely comfortable. She made me feel confident that they could design and custom make whatever we desired. Windsor Jewelers values family, history, taste and authenticity. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to revisit after quarantine!
