Provided by YP.comTook my first car there for a good price on oil change. Car came back with task completed but a screw was missing from my air box or air filter housing (they check the air filter during oil change). I put the screw back in and said "well maybe it was just a mistake."
Took my second car there, the older car. More than a few hundred dollars for them to tell me a bunch of stuff that might go and the spark plugs were bad. A couple days later I notice my car is running really bad and the brakes don't work. I get under the hood and the vacuum hose for the brake booster is disconnected and there is a pin size hole in my radiator hose. To make things even more unusual, my vacuum hose is still rubbery and not cracked, as well as never seeing a radiator hose leak like this. The radiator hose is old, but screw me once shame on them. Screw me twice, shame on me!
For cheap you change my oil and forget about a screw!!! For more than few hundred dollar you say my spark plugs are bad, and with high chance ruin my car some more!!! For four hundred dollars I have realized they are thieves!!! I have never in my 30 years of running one car and 20 years of keeping up another seen issues like this.

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service I have received from an auto shop in a long time. Not only did it take almost 7 1/2 hours to change a flat tire, I was lied to on numerous occasions by Dave M. At 1pm, I was told "I was next in line". My wife got there at 2pm and was told the same thing. Dave told me his guy had to go get the tire at their warehouse on Wilkinson Blvd. According to receipt #16963, the job was completed at 3:28pm and made my wife wait another hour and half because they claimed to not know she was waiting for it. To add insult to injury, when she got home, she realized that they hadn't even put the hubcap back on. Then, to top everything off, Dave claimed to have offered her a ride home, which NEVER happened. NEVER was an apology issued. Bottom line is that your shop is poorly managed. The front desk does not communicate with the service techs. HORRIBLE experience, which will be relayed to Bing, Yelp, Google, Facebook, and most importantly, word of mouth. Shame on you !!!
