This company does a great job and is very responsive. They picked up my husbands car and made sure it was delivered with excellent care.

Rude service. I went inside a restaurant to grab my food Togo, come outside not even two minutes later and they are towing my car. I am unfamiliar with cville and they told me it was $175 cash to not tow my car. They made me, a woman 6 months pregnant, run across traffic to the nearest atm to get cash. Thanks for the high blood pressure and the plain disrespectful attitude. My doctors appointment afterwards went horrible because Aces towing decided to be mean to a pregnant lady.

I was visiting a friend in an apartment block recently, and while backing into a space when two gentlemen in an ACE tow truck passed by, making full eye contact with me before slowly inching away. After spending less than 3 minutes my friend's appartment, these guy's had circled round and hoisted my car up onto their truck, but were waiting for me to rush back outside. They told me that as a favor I could have my car back for $100, cash only. since I don't carry cash, my friend had to take his car (parked adjacent) to rush to the nearest ATM. While we were waiting, the operators refused to give me the number for their office, the name of their manager, or any identifying information what-so ever, and since it was a Sunday, they told me they couldn't provide a receipt from their office, and that no one was there to answer questions. After they took the $100 in cash, they made me sign a largely blank piece of paper, telling me it was a receipt, though refused to let me have a copy or even take a photo for my own records. When I insisted that they needed to provide me with some kind of document as a record of the event they flat out told me that they didn't have too, and that they were doing me a favor by letting me have my car back at all. They then doped the car and drove up half a block where they then lifted up a young woman's blue scooter, kicking of a very similar set of events.

The situation seems highly suspicious and I'd highly recommend avoiding a company that practices this kind of predatory extortion.

Aces Towing did a tow for me when I was broke down they were there in 15 minutes, they took my car to shop and fixed it and it was ready the same day! In so glad and they gave me ride to and from the location.
