The worst. Dishonest and unorganized. Aka city taxi.. Very rude and unknowledge able management..

I am always assigned this company when I have to go southwest, Because I answered a follow up call with the assignee, they refuse to pick me up. This is a very serious medical appointment and I am unable to go now.

I rode with my dad and was more than pleased with the service. Our driver was very nice, polite, and respectful to my dads needs. I will definitely continue to use B-Line Logistics.

This company is aweful!!!!! I have never had such bad service and rude people in this world. And for a company that is getting paid with by MY TAX DOLLARS, they really need to redo their management. The worst part is the nasty man I spoke with on the phone said he was the owner. Worst company ever!!!! If you love your family member, and you want them transported safely and with respect, choose another company. This company acts like they're treating criminals!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!
