Blue Ridge Services came to my house and evaluated my system prior to us purchasing the house. The Service Tech made all recommendations and checked over the complete system for proper operation. Excellent Service!

j After 5 days without heat i contacted 5 different companies in Charlottesville they were all very profesionnal in their estimate but what seperated BLUE RIDGE from them was the caring of Randy the general manager who without any delay provide us with temporaly heat no string attach unti'l we were ready.On that day Blue Ridge showed up in 3 seperate occasions at my house that was on a Friday wich means we were going to be without heat for another 5 days,to make a long story short beside the fact that we went with Blue Ridge they also carry the best brand in the market CARRIER so Tuesday at 8:30am they showed up and by 3pm they were done installing a state of the art heating system that can be control anywhere in the world.To anyone reading this review i HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE RIDGE,KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK RANDY.

Their ad says "call by 2PM same day service" OK I called before 2, they said someone would be here TODAY. I sat here all day, now it's 7PM and no show. I called the number and it's the answering service and they say Blue Ridge is closed and they will call me back tomorrow. Nice!So don't believe them.

While installing new A/C, employees punched unnecessary holes in my walls (never heard of a stud finder I guess) and slashed my A/C ductwork to ribbons, in addition to tracking mud all over the carpet. The unit failed (no surprise) 3 seasons later (after 11 months of actual use). Blue Ridge got a new coil under warranty to repair it, but the part didn't fit my unit. They then refused to install it. After telling me they would take this part back (so another company could order the part and do the work), the company owner reneged. I managed to return the wrong part and obtain a new part and get it installed, no thanks to Blue Ridge "Services." They are incompetent as well as liars. This all cost $600 in addition to the $3000 I recently paid for the new A/C.
