Staff is professional, new service center makes the entire area a lot more accessible and presentable. Only issue and reason for three not 5. Is my car is still having issue's and its 1 1/2 hr drive one way to dealer. I was not offered a loaner car. Later found out online they offer loaner's. Would have been a lot easier for myself trying find someone drive for 3hrs is frustrating enough. But I think BMW is on right track with expanding their building. Just need evaluate their mechanics. I'm a car guy love my cars, but even my wife who knows nothing can feel that something's wrong. Idk if they just didn't drive it? ( I said to) or what. But each visit is money out my pocket. I hate seem negative but when you say I want my car checked 100% from engine, suspension, inside, outside, noises, vibrations I meant everything. Due to drive and do to my warranty fix it all.

Highly recommend again, my sons car had problems the day before he returned to College, they got it in, fixed it cleaned it, and were exceedingly helpful with an aftermarket warranty.

This dealership consists of an incredible team. Not your normal nightmare experience. These guys have bent over backwards to treat us wonderful! They were all so kind and that means a lot!
