I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection. I was told that I needed front brake pads and rotors to pass inspection Their estimate for brakes was over $500.It was obvious that the brake work needed to be done, but I knew the estimate was outrageous, so I ordered a set of heavy duty brake pads and rotors (similar to the original Subaru equipment) from Rock Auto for $160 (including shipping) and had them installed by Integrity Automotive for $80. I'm happy with the work and it cost less than half of what Brown wanted to charge. I will be going to Integrity Automotive from now on.

My car was in a minor accedent before Christmas. It's now Feb. It's still not done. They never call to update me on the progress of the repairs, unless I call them and leave multiple messages. They have been promising that it will be done "tomorrow, maybe the next day" for over a week. They are terrible. I only went there as that was what my insurance company recommended. I have spoken with my insurance company about their lack of service and effciency. I am worried about the quality of repairs I will see when and if they ever finish. Meanwhile, I am out the money for the rental car I've been in for the past month and half. I would not recommend them to my worst enemies.

Consistent issues with the quality of service. Work denoted as having been completed was not done completely if at all (identified/verified by thrid party). Absolutely terrible, terrible service. Stay away!!Automotive group is known for a profoundly negative public perception in the region.
