CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

I was given a 12:30 to 4:30 window for my appointment at my home. I took half a day off work to be there, but at 4:45 I still had not seen or heard from the repair guy. When I called the shop, they spent more time trying to give me excuses rather than find out whether or not the repair man was going to show up. After I absolutely insisted, they reluctantly tried to find out what was going on. They finally called me back around 5:00 to tell me the repair man wasn't going to make it. I understand that things happen and sometimes a job will take longer than expected. But when I'm given a window, and I spend my vacation time to be at home to meet a repair guy, if he's going to arrive late, or not at all, I expect him or someone else to call me at the earliest possible time to let me know. That's common courtesy, and respect for me and my time as a customer. But I didn't get that from Davis. Just excuses. At any business I've worked at, a no-show no-call is a firing offense.
