First off I found all the shoes to be overpriced compared to what I usually find in other shoe stores. No buy one get one half off or anything. Staff did not seem happy and when they did interact I felt rushed and pressured. Especially with their rewards program. They're just shoes, I buy one maybe two pair a year so no thank you. On top of the unfriendly service (if you want to call it that) I received, the store was a mess and it did not make for an enjoyable shopping experience. If you like being treated like a number and not a person/customer, then this place is for you. Never again DSW never again.
