My stuff wasn't ready even though she had an extra week. She said she was not used to working with tulle, but there is a ton of it in wedding dresses which she apparently does. What she did was okay, but the lateness and excuses made this into a real ordeal.

Very professional and competent. She saved the day for us when another shop had my daughter's wedding dress for over a month without touching it. Anna skillfully pinned the dress on the first visit. Second visit the dress fit perfectly, with only final hemming needed.
