I would not recommend using this company. My daughter and I registered for a class field trip on 11/7/11. The field trip was for 4/15-19/2012 at Disney Orlando. Our final payment was sent 1/19/12. We only received one mailed communication from the company on 11/21/11 for payment plan options. Only one call was received on 12/8/11 because they did not receive our payment form and gave us 1 hour to pay the account or the trip would be cancelled. On 4/8/12 I received a call from the school wanting to know if we were going on the trip that they were holding the bus. The trip date had been changed and we had not been informed. The Grand Classroom rep informed me this was the schools responsibility not theirs. I stated that my contract was with them and not the school. The rep stated he felt the communication was sufficient. He was sorry we missed our trip, but no refund would be given. I filed a complaint with the BBB today. My daughter and I were both heartbroken. We love Disney!
