Aaron Freeland at Ivy Rehab gave me an incredible service and transformed my injury recovery. Before seeing Aaron, I had been stuck on crutches for at least a month following a severe sprained ankle. The hospital doctors were unable to diagnose whether it had been sprained or fractured, and all of their advice centered on avoiding using the ankle completely. After one session with Aaron, he was able to diagnose the injury as a sprain. He also gave me exercise strategies and stretches to increase my mobility and strengthen the ligament to prevent future sprains in the future. By the end of the session, I was walking- without crutches!- and have been since. Aaron has a dynamic and energizing personality, and treated my injury with high professionalism and no judgment. 10/10 recommend! I will certainly be back at Ivy with my next injury, haha!
