This was The worst experience I have had in terms of work. My bike was supposed to be picked up the next day and was left outside with the key in it for almost a week. I had to call a remind them to get it. Then the hourly rate was ridiculous when I finally fit the bike back there were charges wasn't previously discussed with me and then the bike was missing the rivets for my farings. I now can't get my seat off to change the battery since they bent the screw that holds the seat in place. I will definitely share my horrific experience with other military members un believable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each time I visit Jarman's their staff is very professional and knowledgeable. If they do not have what I may be looking for, they are very helpful in locating it for me. They let me know when the part is in-which is more than I can say for most other businesses.
