Incorporated in 1923, the Thomas Jefferson Foundation owns and operates Monticello, the Charlottesville, Va., home of former U.S. President Thomas Jefferson. The foundation has grown to include a museum, a center for Jefferson studies and research, a center for historic plants and a visitors center that houses a permanent exhibition, theater and museum shop.

Provided by YP.comI have been here several times and learn something new each time. Take a guided tour of the house and grounds. It will make you appreciate the genius that was Thomas Jefferson. Very impressive!

Provided by YP.comThomas Jefferson was such a smart man in so many ways. His home, the architecture and the grounds are amazing. It was the highlight of my trip to Virginia. Great location for the history buff or non history buff.
