Filthy salon and unprofessional services at KNail 2 Pantops!

Don't confuse and believe me: the young tech, she doesn't smile at all, very unfriendly. After she pulled a lot of skin out of my toenail, my toenail hurt but she kept asking me "you feel better?" What???

Better?! I couldn't sleep that night and I had to soak my toenail earlier next day. I won't be back!!!

I went to this nail place a few times for pedicures. The first two times, my technician was good. The last time, I had a technician who cut my foot and tried to hide it. She continued to work on it, pouring alcohol on my foot. When I brought it to the owner's attention he did nothing and still required payment. My foot later got infected and I hurt for several days. I would not take chances going back there.
