Work was good, Staff was rude and job took alot longer then I was told when I left the car.

Seems like something has changed since the post below. The front desk people are nice and pleasant to deal with.
Biggest problem with this shop is, in my case at least, the shop's lack of attention to detail and poor QC. Excuses rather than action from shop as to why work performed doesn't match a customers expectation is disappointing.

There are a lot of good body shops in Charlottesville, this is not one of them. I have to agree with what the other reviewers have said. Rude / Attitude. You are better off going with someone else.

This shop is alot different then the other ones I have been to in the area. First of all you need an appointment to even get an estimate and then they told me there was a charge for the estimate but I would get that money back if I got the job done there. That does not strike me as good business My first thought was that this shop could not afford to pay the person that does the estimate, but who knows. After recently talking to a friend who works at a local car dealer in town, I found out this shop has lost many of its workers to a new start up shop opened off avon street. Anyway I never did get any work done there so I can only share my opinion on trying to get an estimate. shop does not even get a grade from me.
