You bring in the income, pay your bills and employees. I put it into accounting format, balance your checkbook, and provide financial reports monthly. At the end of the year, you're all ready for taxes, which I can also do for you. Full charge bookkeeping - I pay the bills, invoice your customers, file sales tax returns, and all the other financial chores that you won't have to worry about anymore. Payroll - including state and federal tax payments and returns, W-2's. Taxes - I prepare income tax returns for my bookkeeping clients, or work with your CPA who is providing broader financial planning. Quickbooks - I have over 20 years experience with QuickBooks. I can help you set up the software for your business, train you to use it, or straighten out your mistakes. Fund Accounting - I have experience with fund accounting for non-profits. I am a detail oriented person with great math skills and the experience to see how financials fit into the overall context of your venture.
