We recently purchased blinds from The Shade Smith for our kitchen and den. We were so pleased with the Hunter Douglas product, the installation and professional service we received from Mark Smith that we called back and ordered blinds for our living room. Mark was helpful, honest and a pleasure to work with.

We hired the Shade Smith company to install some shades over our ceiling skylights. From the estimate process to the install, they were very professional and did everything just as they said they would. We were very pleased with their service and the product is great!! I would highly recommend their company!

Considered three purveyors of Hunter blinds, and chose The Shade Shop. Not only were the prices competitive with or better than the competition, the service was extraordinary--it really pays to go with a local family-owned company. Mark both measured and installed my blinds; if there is ever a problem, he personally comes to fix it. Judging by the quality of his work, I'm not anticipating anything going wrong, but it's reassuring to know one guy stands behind his product.

We just got our blinds today (10) and couldn't be any more pleased! The quality is excellent!! I loved the fact that the owner himself came, measured (gave a free estimate), and then did all the work himself. He was very friendly and worked hard. Quick, careful, accurate service.
