Great attorney. There are a number of attorneys in the region who don't have your best interest at heart. Tucker does.

When a law firm claims to 'work hard', I did not realize when I signed on that the diligent efforts were put toward 'avoiding' their jobs.If you need a lawyer who will keep you 'in the loop', followup well and truly support you, then seek help elsewhere.Incompetence seems to be their ONLY battle cry.

Valerie at TGB along with Tucker himself made my short sale experience wonderful. I'll admit, I was afraid because of the stigma attorneys are faced with regardless of area of expertise. From the beginning, Valerie worked with me, answering all of my fear-filled questions, and helping to make sure I had a complete file.



The process was relatively painless, as all I needed to do was email from time to time and ask "where are we in the process?" To which I always received a prompt answer. I emailed after closing with a concern, and Valerie called me with Tucker on the line to explain and clarify all of my issues. It was comforting to know that there was real concern on their part. All in all, this was a much smoother short sale transaction than the many I'd read about prior to seeking their counsel and help. We are able to move on with our lives now, and in large part due to the diligent work of TGB. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly if for no other reason than how easy they made my process. Their thoroughness is exemplary.

Child-Custody-A zero star would be a more accurate rating. As a first time mother with a 3 year old, I am more than disappointed with Ms. Butler. I had to pay over $300 for a consultation and an additional up-front fee of $7,500 that was non-negotiable and had to be paid in full before any services would be rendered. I totally agree with another client as quoted-"Had an awful consultation with Laura Butler recently. She was very rude and not comforting in my case. This was my first time dealing with a situation like this and I did not need someone yelling at me. I felt she wasn't on my side. She wasted my money and did not give me any legal advice, but only her opinion on my situation. I'm right where I started and even more upset about my case from the beginning. I wanted to go to someone to seek advice and all I got was criticism the whole time. I didn't go there to be told I was an overprotective parent and to just let the opposing side have his way. To have someone who is supposed to be giving me legal advice, not putting me down for having my children to begin with is wrong. Her lack of concern for my children makes me question her abilities as a subjective, legal representative. I am going to find a lawyer to help me that doesn't make me cry." I also tried to fire Ms. Butler 10 days before the court hearing, right after she first told me that she wanted to "fire me as a client." However, Ms. Butler essentially told me that I did not really have a choice and that she was bound to use all of the retainer fees and go to court as my attorney anyway. In the end, I got virtually nothing in return and ultimately, the guardian at litem had decided to write the final agreement minutes before the hearing. This required the judge to wait over one hour. The opposing side/parent, who was a convicted felon with a history of traffic violations and violence to include a previous emergency protective order, got completely everything he/they asked for; and in my opinion felt I was in fact financially scammed by my intimidating, pompous and unsympathetic attorney! I will never go back to this law firm or use Ms. Butler as an attorney. (May 2012)

Anything to do with informant finger prints in short murder story?Just askingnot assuming or accusing.

I have sent several email your way.It says unable to be opened. Phone company says you will have to contact your phone company to receive and open.The subject is Death.The subject is I'd theft.The subject is informants dealing drugs while informing to police in order to become bigger dealers.The subject several dead over these informants point finger that way.Example man &even wife fighting over his female dealer. They get wind of it (perfect time) the man believed it is his wife. These women sometimes beaten when they did not talk to police.Fact is dealer woman really belongs to different gang.

I cannot thank you and Christen Pugh enough for helping Don, Amy, and Clark with the closing of the short sale at Glenwood Station. Without Christen's help we were all lost and when she took over the case, she showed incredible professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to keep working even though at times it looked like the deal had a good chance of falling a part. Following a car accident resultng in traumatic brain injury what you need is a highly professional lawyer who strives to get everything you deserve for your future. If that lawyer is also compassionate and patient and understands the limitations of the disabilities you suffer that is an added bonus. Yvonne Griffin is that lawyer. I would high recommend her for all personal injury cases.

Ihave been trying to talk with mary ann and her paralegals but have got no response my disability was denied over 3 wks ago her message on voice mail said i would get a response by letter within 2wks after being turned down. I have not heard from any of them. I am getting worried about this and my health is getting worse. Could you please relay this message to her I need to know whats going on.I do not know what to do.I have only spoken with her 1x since I applied for dissability.And I have spoken with Tom Perriello since then.
