I recently joined Sims Premier Fitness and couldn't be happier. Sims Premier Fitness has the most incredible and motivating instructors. The Les Mills classes are challenging and fun!

I've lived in the area for 20 years and had a membership for more than 7 years still one of the worst organizations. facilities are not well maintained and very out of date. they do not publish their membership fees and you cannot pay by check to have a membership if they can't withdraw from your bank account or credit card they refuse membership. so I've been paying for membership for a year got to the gym first time this winter and found out that I'm not allowed to use the gym because I don't have it he have to account for them to withdraw from

OMG! Almost every 5 star review is from a current or former employee. (More likely from a former employee, because the faces of the staff change rather quickly). What a shame, show's how great this club really is!

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and they pride themselves on how "clean" the place is and how wonderful staff is. Well I find it rather disgusting that every time I am there the people who workout DO NOT clean the machines after they use them. I have also whitnessed staff use machines and not clean them after personal training sessions. I do not know how many times I have left there and days later come down with some sort of sickness. After working out this evening, an hour later I have a rash on my hand. For what I pay to workout here, I can pay half the cost and drive a little further out of my way to Guaranteed Fitness in Spencer. They are open 24 hrs, packages include personal trainer, free tanning, free classes and most important... the CUSTOMERS and STAFF clean up after themselves. Sims should re-locate to the pits of Southbridge. Atleast it would fit in nicely and do the gym a favor and just remove all the "clean the machine when done signs". You're just waisting paper at this point. How can you expect your customers to clean up when you nasty staff can't even do it?!?!

I am so impressed with everything about this club! The staff is extremely friendly, the owner is professional and involved with everything going on. They have just recently brought Les Mills programs to the club and the group fitness classes have never been better! A lot of exciting renovations going on, including a new ,spacious group fitness room and training area! Can't wait!

I have just recently started back at the gym, Sims premier fitness, was recommended to me by a friend, and I LOVE it. Multiple state of the art machines, always enough for everyone, family friendly atmosphere, always a warm welcome by smiling staff as you enter, large child watch room for the kids, highly motivating, encouraging, down to earth traitors and instructors of the workout classes. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Sims Premiere Fitness is the right choice to make to achieve your fitness goals! I highly recommend visiting their club at 306 Sturbridge Rd, Charlton, MA 01507. I was introduced to the club by a friend and I can honestly say I am very pleased with my choice to switch over to Sims! They have so much more to offer than your regular gym. The facility is clean, layout is functional, equipment is state of the art and the staff are very welcoming/friendly. They also have KidWatch for all of us MOMS out there that need to get a workout in but have to bring the kids along. It is a very safe environment for the kids with lots to keep them occupied. The Group Fitness Classes are simply amazing with the BEST instructors around! Their positive energy surrounds you making you feel extremely motivated and PUMPED to do your very best! Who said hard work can't be FUN? I have a blast!!! I can't say enough about Sims Premiere Fitness but seeing is believing so I encourage you to get on down there and check it out!!!

I recently switched gyms and moved to Sims Premier Fitness. I love the welcome feeling from the staff, who after just a few short weeks all know me by my first name and are always smiling and upbeat. I mostly take the group fitness class, because they are so motivating and have the absolute best instructors anyone could hope for. Classes are so fun, you sometimes forget its a workout. I am thrilled to learn the gym will be undergoing major renovations and can't wait to see the finished product. Even though this is a longer ride from my previous gym, I am happy to drive further and workout at a happy, friendly, clean and safe environment.

I recently joined Sim's coming from a different gym. I first have to say when I first walked in I received the best treatment from the staff, so friendly, so warm and welcoming. At first glance, the gym was so clean and the equipment is all new and updated. The women's locker room is very spacious with plenty of lockers and VERY clean unlike the last gym. The classes are phenomenal, addicting and very energetic. The instructors are the best I've seen around. They are all super friendly and there energy is contagious and keep you coming back for more. All in all, I have to say I do not regret my decision switching to Sim's and they are by far the best facility in this area.

I recently joined this gym and am loving it so far. They have good assortment of equipment that is clean and in working condition. They also have great group fitness classes with the absolute best instructors that motivate ,inspire and push you to your limits every single time. The selection and number of classes is wonderful and the times are great. The locker rooms and rest of the facility are also kept clean and functioning and the staff are very friendly. I'm so glad I joined this gym.

Just recently joined Sims Premier Fitness earlier this month. Very clean and staff is very friendly. Love the group fitness classes and how much variety there is that works with my schedule. Instructors are amazing!!! Looking forward to many classes to come.

This is a wonderful gym!! I go mainly for the fitness classes and they offer almost all of the Les Mills courses with friendly and very knowledgeable instructors that strive to help you reach your fitness goals. The machines are very well maintained and clean. The gym is under some major renovations so I am excited to see the new fitness room and revamped pool once everything is done! They have some amazing deals to sign up right now and if I am willing to drive 35 minutes from Northbridge for this gym there has to be something wonderful about it. Well worth trying it out and more if you are not certain about it!

Such an amazing gym! Awesome motivating instructors that really push you to your limits! Great workout equipment and really really clean locker rooms and showers! It's a pleasure to belong to such a great gym!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend Sims to a friend. I recently switched from another gym & can't be happier that I finally made the switch! I cannot say enough about the quality of the instructors for the classes. They are incredibly motivating, and even more fun, which makes me want to keep coming back. The layout of the gym is great, the equipment is state of the art and on a rough day, having my own TV on the cardio equipment help pass the time! Also, as a mom, the availability for childcare is priceless. Whether you're new to working out or a fitness fanatic, Sims has what you need!

Sims Premier Fitness is THE best fitness experience in the area....it's not just a gym. The staff is amazing; friendly and warm....lots of equipment to choose from and the group fitness classes are motivating, fun and the perfect total body workout. I highly recommend Sims no matter you age or fitness level!

I have just recently joined Sims Premier Fitness and I love it!! I have been going to a gym previously for years and when I switched to Sims it was an eye opener in what a gym membership should be like. From the very minute you walk in the door welcomed by the friendly staff, to the clean facilities, to the brand new gym equipment (that works), to the gigantic childwatch room and last but not least the amazing group classes. These group classes are run by a professional motivating encouraging instructors that are there to help you succeed!! Sarah the owner is very personal and welcoming at all times!! They are now renovating the gym into a state of the art gym!! I could not be more pleased with my switch to Sims!!!

The Staff is very friendly and accomidating. The gym is well equipt with modern state of the art cardio equipment. The group fitness schedule is jam packed with incredible classes and motivating instructors. The child care is spacious and welcoming. Locker rooms are kept very clean with plenty of lockers. this gym has so much to offer for whatever your fitness needs may be
