I had them take my Dodge to find and fix the problem with it starting. They br ik ng it back without any warning saying fuse panel is melted and it was horribly. But wasnt when it left. Going through litigation now.

In the MIDDLE OF WINTER on the way home from work we ran out of gas literly next to his house. Moments later the Chetz Towing truck luckily happened to pull into his driveway with two full 5 gallon gas cans. OUR LUCKY BREAK, we thought..mm My driver who forgot to stop at a gas station walked over to him and asked if he could buy a gallon of his gas to make it the 6.4 miles to Chase to get to the gas station. He lied and said he had none. My driver pointed to the obviously full cans of gasoline on his truck, then the man was very rude and blatantly said he wouldn't help us and mentioned that no one at the location would be willing to help us. I assume it was because he wasn't making the $ from us because we happened to stall out next to his house instead of needing to make a service call to him and get charged for him arriving to the location as a requested service. My driver began walking the 6 miles to the nearest gas station which I also happen to live next to as to grab the full gas can I had at my house. I wrote GAS in big letters on the back of my Van and eventually a Meijer Maintenance professional stopped and put a gallon in for me.

I had my serpentine belt replaced by a chain shop, let's call it Hidas, and after driving from Flint to Baldwin on Friday night, the belt JUST FELL OFF. Didn't discover until early Saturday afternoon when everyone else was closed. Chet came out to my parents house and fixed the car in the driveway for next to nothing when no one else would help me before Monday. AWESOME GUY! Can't thank him enough!

We were headed north on our vacation this afternoon and our truck broke down. We called for roadside assistance, and Chetz Towing arrived quickly! They not only towed our truck to Cadillac but hitched up our travel trailer and brought it too. PLUS!!! His wife came with her van so that my wife and two small children could ride to Cadillac as well. It was seamless, professional, and fast! We are so grateful for them! They saved our vacation!

I wish I could give him 10 stars. We were vacationing in the area and had car problems. We found him and he took us in right away and had us out in an hour or two. He could have given us any price, knowing we were desperate tourists, but gave us the most fair price we've ever had with a vehical repair anywhere. Plus his wife sat and visited with us and our baby girl when he was doing it. Can't reccomend enough!!

Really liked Lee and his help. They were very professional and helpful. Came to our location promptly and with everything he thought they might need.
