I’m being generous with two stars. Selling my home with Ken turned into a miserable experience. Despite claiming to have so much experience, it was one unexpected event after another, resulting in a lot of hard, and expensive lessons for me. His lack of respect for my time and resources became absurd. I was repeatedly given poor advice and felt poorly represented throughout the process.
