This has happened now 4 times in a row: one or two of a set of shirts that I took there to get dry cleaned weren't cleaned at all. They came back with the tag showing they had been processed but with the same dirty collars and wrists as if they hadn't been cleaned at all. The store employee never mentioned a thing during my pick up. Additionally, in this fourth time, there was also a sweater that I had taken there with a small blood stain. The store employee never mentioned the stain not coming off, on the contrary they said everything was OK. But when I went to use the sweater again I noticed the stain was still there. I understand blood may or may not come off easily, but the fact they didn't say a word was infuriating considering the previous experiences and the rest of the issues. So I went there yesterday and asked for the store manager to give me a call. I did receive the call today and the manager could not have possibly provided me worst service in response to the issues. She was extremely defensive and rude and kept interrupting me. Her version of service was to basically deflect the blame by saying that at one point dirt wont come off shirts anymore. She kept saying a refund "was not going to happen" because service was complete and product was picked up. I kept trying to tell her I've never experienced any issues in other dry cleaning companies with my shirts and that if there was ever an issue getting a particular stain or dirt off any item of clothing, I've always been made aware of it and we discussed what to do. Here they just hide the issue and give you your shirt back within the rest of the clothes I am picking up.
I will definitely not bring my shirts or clothes there anymore and I do not recommend anyone use this store or company either.

I have been using Clean 'n' Press for a few years now as they are conveniently located close to where I live. The staff at the Chaska office is friendly and to be clear, this poor review has nothing to do with them.
Over that past year, the quality of service has continued to diminish. I typically drop off 4-5 dress shirts per week and they occasional sweater as well. At least 2-3 times per month, I get shirts back where the buttons are either missing or crushed and more often than not, the sweaters are hung rather than draped, leaving large marks in the shoulders. I called the office to speak with the manager, Mindy, and left several message and was assured she would call me back, which never happened. I was finally able to get a hold of her and asked about both the shirts and the sweaters and her response was, "We're not responsible if the buttons on your shirts are damaged. If we have buttons around, we can replace the broken ones if you us tell they're missing or broken." Basically, they put the responsibility back on you to see if they wrecked anything when you pick it up. Additionally, the buttons they use rarely match and they only use white thread. A few days ago I picked up a shirt with different color and threading on the buttons down the front, which was the last straw for me.
Like I stated above, this is not directed towards the staff there, they have always been nice. The management, however, is extremely poor and takes zero responsibility.
