Pascarella Bros. Delicatessen is an Italian/American eatery which is owned and operated by brothers Anthony & Gino Pascarella, together they bring years of experience to their deli. Anthony, a Madison High school graduate and current Chatham resident has worked in the food industry since 1984. Anthony previously owned two other delicatessens in the area where the brothers worked together. Gino, is a Madison resident, graduate of Chatham High School, as well as an Alumni of Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Restaurant & tourism Management. The brothers teamed up to delve into their passion. Anthony & Gino along with the Pascarella team, are focused on customer satisfaction and look forward to serving their surrounding communities. Located at 34 Watchung Avenue in Chatham, New Jersey, we are honored to be occupying a building that is a piece of history. The Bonnell House has been here since the 1740s. During the American Revolutionary War, soldiers of the Continental Army slept on the floor as Mrs. Bonnell would step over the sleeping soldiers while baking them bread to take along as they prepared for battle. We utilize only the freshest ingredients daily to ensure that the very best sandwiches, wraps, salads, and special food items are offered daily. GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS: Most sandwiches and salads can be made on gluten free bread, bagels, or wraps. We also take extra steps to avoid cross contamination.
