We are 2 New Yorkers whose Saab broke down in N.J. late at night. I found The Popular Mechanic on line and called at 8am the next morning. Jay had a great attitude on the phone and agreed to have the car brought to him promising that he would take a look at it (although he clearly was busy). We got it in and fortunately the problem was just a bad battery. Jay and his wife Jackie took care of us right away and we were out of there within a half an hour with a reasonable bill and a feeling of appreciativeness and confidence.
