I bring my families prescriptions to the Commonwealth Pharmacy in Chatham simply because they are the best, kindest, most knowledgeable, sincerely good, and well run Pharmacy in all of Pittsylvania County. I drive all the way from Cascade to go to this Commonwealth Pharmacy, and they are well worth it. If you are wondering, I have tried other (closer) pharmacies and they do not come close to giving me the attention and care that I and my family always receive at the Commonwealth Pharmacy in Chatham.
