I have been buying gas at this arco station for 5 years and never an issue until i needed them to solve an issue I had. I will never buy gas there again. I was unfortunately charged with unathorized transactions and when i went to solve the issue they gave me the run around. When i called to speak to the manager they hung the phone up and then told me i was calling te wrong number. When i went back in to talk to the manager he was super defensive about his associates and was extremely rude. He told me I had no right to tell him how he would run his store. He also said customers only complain when they are charged not when they receive free gas. I have never received free gas from them and of course i am upset about unathorized transactions made while my debit card was in my possesion. I called customer service and they were absolutely as helpful as could be. Unfortunately they are privately owned and arco can only do so much.
