Let me jst start off by saying that the woman who actually runs the mobile park IS THE WORLDS MOST EVIL PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING. your kids aren't allowed to play ride there bikes skates or skateboards and then the manager makes it no better she's utterly rude and makes it impossible for a family to live there in peace... You know how in a regular neighborhood everyone knows one another they come over and borrow sugar every once in a while not here no one knows they're neighbors because of the simple fact that Melanie the manager has this place all screwed up the only people who even speak is the ones who go back and snitch on everything that's going on ... Don't go 15 miles an hr driving thru the park cuz you'll get an write up for it cuz the speed limit is 10mph it's impossible it's horrific it's no place to raise your family or even to have guest over cuz if your guest comes over for the 1st time without knowledge of the 10mph rule they're automatically banned from driving in the park and cannot come back for 6months being the earliest!!! ITS NUTS Melanie has nothing better to do with her life then to invade others and be nosy and find any reason to give you a write up...

This place is definitely not up to par. It would be great if management, Melodie (y...Sp?), wasn't such a despot. She has no capacity to be human, and for the most part acts like an only-child bent on getting her every way. Granted, she upholds the rules and abides by the bylaws laid forth in the contract signed at the time of renting a space, but she definitely manipulates the vague, unspecified areas of the "agreement". She's extremely controlling and makes living uneasy. However, I guess that makes sense since her unwanted contingency plan/secondary life calling is to regulate a mobile home park and act as if she is the only thing that holds it together. I'm starting to think she's feeling a deficit b/c she failed in grasping her original purpose. Don't worry Melodie, your attempts would have been rather flaccid even if you met your original life calling as well.
