I am an interior designer/home stager/organizer and I only use Emcer for my tile needs. The staff is very helpful, patient and courteous. I have never had a bad experience. Their bargain area is quite large and they have always been able to work out any errors, even on my side (measurements can be tricky sometimes) :) I would highly recommend visiting them if you are getting ready to remodel or update your home.

These people are idiots. Their selection is limited and their service sucks. You get a better selection at Lowes. The store is small and they can only service one person at a time. The reception boy is very rude. He mentioned to me that they do not "jump through hoops" for their customers. Tried to reach out to corp office and they didn't respond to lack of service complaint. To make is short and simple, they do not jump through hoops for their customers. My suggestion would be to spend your money with a company that does and who will roll out the red carpet as well.
