I love this place.I have stayed here for 1 month and I loved it so much.when I entered the room I loved the smell it smelled like really good.the bed was really comfortable and the room was really big and plus they have a bigggggg bath tub.i love the wall colors they are really pretty.the people at the office are really friendly and they make me feel like I am a part of their family.the prices are outstanding.i love their service.they clean my room every day.i just love this motel and I am planing to stay here for 2-3 years.

Absolutely the worst service ever! Only stayed a few weeks and my mother was put in the hospital my son tried calling to let me know she was getting worse that my sister was coming to get me and the owner told my son he was not allowed to call again. It was an emergency and no one could get a hold of me. A fee days later my mother passed and I was planning on leaving the motel so I paid for 1 more day so I had time to move after the funeral. The woman there called me said no I had to leave asap even after I paid a full day. Called the law said I only had an hour to get out I tried explaining I paid a full day my day wasn't up and I would be back to get my stuff after my mother's funeral and she persisted I had to leave. Not to mention the horrible service the room was never cleaned there was no shower curtain there was also no shower head on the shower it was just a pipe. The room never got warm because of the cracks around the door were so large and a busted window no one ever tried to fix. The plug where the heat an air was plugged in to burnt it almost caught fire! The toilet also didn't flush and there were roaches every where on the ceiling climbing the walls! Please go any where else if possible!!!!

Great prices, great service, clean rooms, new owner and manger that are very friendly!

The receptionist at Chatsworth Budget Inn is unusually rude. Every time I called she gave me a different price (depending on how reach I sound?). When I pointed to it the last time, she hung up on me! They just lost a consumer for 6 nights.
