They need all new management and supervisors. Somebody who knows how to run a hospital. Its easy to see why they are financially struggling

Murray ???? Medical

My son was injured however we were not sure of the extent we took him to Murray medical. He was in pain and couldn't breathe , he informed them he had been hit in the left side and the pain was getting worse. They let him sit in the room for over a hour while we watched the nursing staff cut up and play around the desk . When they did come back they had two shots and told him is was having muscle spasms but he could come back if he needed ( no Dr. Ever came in) my daughter insisted on x rays , which they did and stated there was a spot of concern but to go home and rest. Several hours later his pain was horrible so he went back. This is when they attempted several things but he was in to much pain and breathing was almost impossible . Finally he was transported by ambulance to Whitfield were it was discovered that his spleen had ruptured and he had internal bleeding. 3 days later he is still in ICU. My fear is that having a medical facility gives people some since of false security and that they will go there first and that those few wasted hours could have cost my son his life. I have taken other family members over there in the last year and those few times we checked them out ourselves and went elsewhere because of the rude behavior of the staff and the unprofessionalism . If the company that owns this hospital would send in a few of there family members without the staffs knowledge I think they would agree that the doors should be shut immediately and the staff needs a good lesson in bedside manner.

Never set foot in this place. The care is substandard at best. I was sent there on the advice of Dr. Minor. NEVER saw a nurse and when a dr. finally did deign to see me he NEVER even touched me. Just told me the " the tests came back negative" so there is nothing wrong with me as I lie there in excruciating pain. What a crock of s**t. Thanks for nothing. By the way I had pain medication so I wasn't drug seeking as most of their patients are. I bet I would have better care if I was hispanic...u know the ones that have NEVER paid into the system, but receive the most attention. I paid into that system for 30 yrs. and have insurance. When I am septic maybe then they will take me seriously, but you can bet it won't be there!!!
