I'm extremely pleased with this company! The techs have always been very friendly, professional, and honest! I have used Air Heat's services for years and would recommend them to anyone.

My heat went out at 11 P.M. on a Thursday night. My wife has been very ill and is very sensitive to the cold. I called Air Heat North and a very capable technician was at my house within an hour. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I recommend Air Heat North to everyone who wants great service!!

I obtained price quotes for a new heat pump from a few A/C companies in town, and this company was by far the best to work with. Tim Beesley, the owner, came by my house the day after I called him and gave me a few different options and prices. He explained everything to me about what size unit and SEER I would need and talked to me about the different brands. He assured me that when he installs a system, he stands by it and will be there to repair it if anything went wrong, and I believe him. He also charges the same commission for all size heat pumps, so that his employees won't be tempted to "up sell" someone a system they don't need. Most of all, he was very honest. When someone else quoted me a cheaper price (probably a lower quality brand, but I don't plan on keeping the house more than 5 years), he actually told me I should go with the other company! He advised me though to make sure they were reputable, were giving me a certificate for the energy efficency tax credit, not selling a used system, and he told me exactly what to do to make sure they were licensed and insured in case something went wrong. I haven't decided which company I am going to go with yet, but I can assure you that if you have any heating or air problems, Air Heat North Inc is a good company to use.

Much to my chagrin, I found out I needed a new a/c system for my house. I got three quotes for the job. I do believe that the lowest price is not always the best option. Air/Heat America submitted the lowest quote on the job, though not by a whole lot. What really sold me on this company was it's small town feel combined with exceptional knowledge of the job at hand. The rep did not talk above my knowledge level and he really took time to explain things to me in laymens terms. When they came out to perform the work, (which, by the way, was very quick since I had no a/c) they were very courteous and knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care that they did a good job. They even asked me if I was having any issues with hot or cold spots in my house and adjusted my ductwork accordingly. My new system is working wonderfully and my house has never been more comfortable. I thoroughly recommend this company to everyone.

My a/c quit on the hottest day of the year so far. I called Air/Heat and they had a tech out the very next day when all of the other companies were telling me it would be at least a week before someone could come out. The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how my system works. I feel very comfortable with the honesty and integrity of this company and would highly recommend Air/Heat America to anyone.

As you all know this summer has been one for the record books. My poor air conditioning system just couldn't keep up, and as luck would have it, the system decided to give up on a Saturday. The Air Heat Technician responded very quickly and had me up and running the same day. If you are looking for quality service at a resonable price this company is for you.
