I booked my daughter a room she was just traveling through to come home to Florida. This hotel is not in a safe area! Alot of scketchy people hanging around. Room was filthy!I told her to go back to front desk and ask for a refund and I would get her another room( this was at midnight pouring rain). The man screamed profanities at her in very broken English and would not even give her credit card imprint back. So I called Priceline well he screamed profanities at them too! I called him today and I was very nice and he hung up on me.She ended up at a very nice Best Western however Priceline would not even give us a refund. For $40.00 you would think he would have given us the refund to avoid me telling everyone I can about the disgusting rooms and area and behavior of this property.
