Ashley furniture is the best place in the world to buy furniture. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family their customer service is wonderful and I love Ashley's furniture

I was very pleased with the quality and price at Ashley Furniture in Chattanooga. The sales staff is easy to work with and does not pressure the buyer. Cindy seemed to understand what we were looking for and didn't try to steer us in another direction. Very professional. The delivery crew was great in bringing in the furniture and getting it set up where we needed it. I have already recommended Ashley Furniture to my friends.

Our experience with this Ashley furniture store was great. We had a wonderful saleswoman who answered all of our questions and even sat down with us to get to know us and help us figure out which set of furniture was best for us. When she discovered that we have a dog, she pointed us towards furniture more tailored toward pet owners. I would definitely shop at this location again!

Love going to Ashley's! They helped me pick out the best deal and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want or need. Salespersons there are not pushy & are always nice & helpful. When items I ordered were delivered, the delivery guys were awesome. I live on the 3rd floor in my apartment building. They had to carry my furniture up 38 steps and didn't complain at all. They were very nice and set up my furniture perfectly! I would refer everyone to Ashley's!

The assistance I received in the store was outstanding. My wife and I needed to get furniture delivered to ur second residence and time it perfectly for our return trip to Tennessee. Ashley's was very accomodating and had the delivery date down to a short window time span. And low and behold, the deliverymen were right on time. I was extremely pleased with the service we received when we purchased the furniture and remained just as pleased throughout the entire delivery process.



That, in and of itself, creates return customers.
