Unfortunately I had to use Carlos for my husband this week and I couldn't have ask for more care and respect. Maria is the one who answered the phone and kept me updated all night. After 15 hrs of processing from the Hamilton county jail Carlos met me at the jail and already had my husband's paperwork turned in. He didn't wait til the money was in his hand which says alot. Maria was a God send and Carlos was great!!!!! Hopefully I'll never need them again but if I do they will be my 1st call.
